CALL FOR RESEARCHERS – ENAR’s ANTI-RACISM MAP

In a time of growing backlash against equality and civic freedoms, ENAR is seeking 14 national researchers to contribute to the 2025 edition of our Anti-Racism Map – a vital civil society tool to assess and monitor National Action Plans Against Racism (NAPARs) across the EU.

We’re recruiting:

  • 7 researchers to update reports from: Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Spain, and Sweden.
  • 7 researchers to assess new countries: France, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, and Portugal.

Researchers will analyse national policies, political context, and civil society engagement – helping to shape advocacy at both EU and national levels.

🧩 Deadline to apply: 01 June 2025
📌 Fee: €2000 (VAT included)
📅 Research period: June–December 2025
📖 Deliverables: indicator form, 5-page country report, stakeholder mapping, legal/policy brief, recommendations.

We welcome applicants with proven expertise in racial justice, public policy, or anti-discrimination – especially those rooted in or working with racialised communities.
