Call for Applications for National Projects

ENAR is launching today a new call for applications to support the work of its members, as part of the overall mission of the network. The main goal is to combine your priorities and expertise with the network’s objectives in concrete national/local activities. All ENAR member organisations can apply to implement projects in ENAR’s main work areas.

Dear ENAR Members, I hope this message will find you well. ENAR is launching today a new call for applications to support the work of its members, as part of the overall mission of the network. The main goal is to combine your priorities and expertise with the network’s objectives in concrete national/local activities. All ENAR member organisations can apply to implement projects in ENAR’s main work areas. Please take into account that raising the visibility of ENAR at the local/national levels as well as raising the engagement of ENAR members will be among the criteria to select the projects. Applicants are encouraged to submit projects linked to ENAR’s overall objectives or that could cover one of the actions below: a) To promote, disseminate or organise media campaigns around the findings and evidences collected by our next Shadow Report on racial and religious discrimination against migrants b) To implement national campaigns countering racist political hate speech (especially in the Member States where national or federal elections will take place in 2017) c) To promote, disseminate or organise trainings based on the guidelines provided by ENAR’s Toolkit on Religious Diversity at the workplace d) To design advocacy strategies improving Equality Data Collection and its usage for positive action e) To document and develop advocacy strategies on the impact of counter-terrorism/radicalisation measures on victims of racism f) To implement awareness raising activities targeted at media (linked to ENAR priorities and national context) g) To strengthen ongoing or foreseen campaigns with minority communities to foster the turnout of progressive voters (especially in the Member States where national or federal elections will take place in 2017 or 2018) h) To promote projects focusing on cross-community and cross-sectoral actions (with young, feminist, LGBTIQ movements, etc.) and/or inter-religious/inter-ethnic mobilisation to combat discrimination Submission: All Applications should be submitted to Juliana at Juliana@enar-eu.org Deadline: March 1st, 2017 Applications should be completed in accordance to the template at the bottom of this page.
