MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Exposing Double Standards in Reproductive Health with SaMaNe Portugal

The ENAR Member Spotlight is a monthly series where we highlight the work of our member organisations. This month we talked with Carolina Coimbra, Karla Costa, and Patrícia Graça from SaMaNe (Saúde das Mães Negras e Racializadas/ Health of Black and racialised mothers).

SaMaNe is the first and only Portuguese association bringing attention to the injustices and challenges that define the experience of women of racialised backgrounds when navigating the Portuguese healthcare system during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
