Brussels, Belgium, 18 December 2023 – Alongside more than 55 civil society organisations, we call on EU legislators to stop the new Pact on Migration and Asylum. In its current form, the Pact greenlights detention, pushbacks, and racial profiling, effectively undermining the fundamental human right to seek safety.
