First national roundtable on AI and migration
On February 24th, ENAR organised a roundtable on AI and migration in Athens, in collaboration with ENAR Member, Greek Council for Refugees.
Held at the European Parliament Office in the emblematic Syntagma square, the roundtable on AI and migration aimed to create an open discussion and explored several topics, including: border control in Greec, mapping the interest on AI and migration in the city of Athens, gather representatives from different stakeholders, and present our demands and recommendations as members of the coalition #ProtectNotSurveil.
Two further roundtables will be held in the following months, and will culminate in a final report to be presented during a special event in Brussels.
The European Network Against Racism thanks the Greek Council for Refugees for co-organising the event, as well as all the attendees for engaging in this discussion.
