Extra-Ordinary General Assembly 2021
The Extraordinary GA will take place both physically and online as a Hybrid event between the 16th-18th September 2021.
Where?
The Extraordinary GA will take place both physically and online as a Hybrid
event. The physical part of the meeting will take place at the Double Tree by Hilton,
Gineste street 3, 1210 Brussels.
When?
Please arrive on the 16th September in the evening or the 17th September
early in the morning, so we can start at 8:30am. We will close the GA around 4PM
on Saturday 18th September.

Please note that only ENAR members organisations who have paid their 2021
membership fees will have the chance to participate. Also ENAR can only cover the
flights, local transport costs and hotel room for one representative per member
organisation. If you wish to be more, it is possible but at your own cost. Please register by the 1st September 2021.
BOARD ELECTIONS
We will hold elections to fill three vacancies on ENAR’s Board: Vice-chair, Treasurer and one Ordinary Board Member.
Candidates nominated for the election can be found HERE.
All Board members are elected for a full three-year term and they may serve maximum six years.
Please note that according to ENAR Operating Manual we can only have one member per country, therefore candidates from France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, Hungary, Netherlands and Germany are not eligible to be elected this year.
Voting for the Vice-Chair position will be open from 2nd-7th September. Voting for the Ordinary Board member and Treasurer position will be open from 8th-13th September. Links to vote will be provided when you have registered for the GA.
PROXY VOTING
Please note that member organisations who can’t attend the General Assembly are invited to vote to approve ENAR’s 2020 Work Plan by proxy. If you want to appoint someone you trust to vote on your behalf, please contact this person to obtain their agreement.
Please send the proxy form below duly completed and signed to the representative and to info@enar-eu.org by latest 6th September.
Each member present at the General Assembly can only use their organisation’s vote and ONE proxy. Information on how to vote via proxy is available in the form.
