
CALL FOR CONSULTANT – Strengthening digital rights debates
ENAR is seeking an experienced consultant to lead the development of our Digital Rights Toolkit, applying decolonial, anti-racist and intersectional frameworks to empower activists, community organisers and other stakeholders. The consultant will research, draft and structure our upcoming Digital Rights Toolkit, analysing and compiling findings to create an accessible, action-oriented resource for activists, community organisers and other stakeholders.
The consultant will receive a fee of €4,999 to develop the toolkit between June and August 2025, depending on their experience. This fee covers the time and expertise required for background research, stakeholder consultations, drafting and iterating toolkit chapters, integrating case studies and practical exercises, and delivering the final toolkit with an executive briefing.
