ENAR’s aim is to end structural racism in the European Union and to build structures, institutions and attitudes based on race equality and equal distribution of power, privileges and rights. What is our strategy to change the state of play on racism in the European Union?

Our theory of change explains our strategy to change the state of play on racism in the European Union. The strategic objectives set out the macro changes we hope to make a significant contribution to; the outcomes are the results we will work on directly which will contribute to the fulfilment of the strategic objectives. It also presents the tools and methods we are using to achieve change.
