Call for Trainers: Inclusive Antiracist Recruitment Policies Training with Dentons

ENAR is excited to announce a training opportunity in collaboration with our new Equal@Work partner, the global law firm Dentons. We are seeking experienced trainers to lead an engaging and informative online session focused on Inclusive Antiracist Recruitment Policies, specifically tailored for HR teams.

Training Details

About the Training 
As we continue to advocate for diversity, equity, and belonging in the workplace, the Inclusive Antiracist Recruitment Policies Training aims to empower HR teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate an inclusive and antiracist work environment. The training will cover a range of topics, including:

  • Understanding structural racism in the workplace;
  • Tackling structural and systemic biases in recruitment;
  • Implementing antiracist hiring practices;
  • Creating a diverse and equitable candidate pool;
  • Addressing structural intersectional discrimination in the recruitment process and beyond;
  • Promoting equity and fairness in the workplace.

Logistical Information

The training will be conducted online. Further details regarding the duration of the training, specific time slots, and any technological requirements will be discussed with selected trainers.

Include a brief bio, highlighting relevant experience, and provide a concise outline of your proposed training approach, emphasizing interactive and practical elements to engage HR teams effectively.
