Call for tender: Consultant on Organisational Development
ENAR is recruiting an external consultant with expertise in organisational development (OD) to review our present operating practices and working methods with a view of proposing improvements that strengthen the functioning Secretariat and governance structures. The consultant will be tasked with developing an actionable plan to support continued development and well-being including clear targets with an identifiable timeline and resources. The consultancy will start and end during 2023.
