Policy WorkEqual@work initiative
ENAR's Equal@work Initiative (previously known as the Ad Hoc Expert Group on Promoting Equality in Employment) is a pioneering initiative, launched in 2009, bringing together businesses committed to diversity and inclusion, anti-racist civil society and other relevant stakeholders to find solutions to ensure the full participation of ethnic minorities in the labour market. It also enables the sharing of best practices and initiatives promoting equality in employment that have been undertaken by private companies, trade unions and governments. The added value of the ENAR Equal@work initiative is the creation of a multi-stakeholder dialogue, which broadens our respective horizons, generates trust and inspires innovation.
