This section is about theory: ENAR has started to produce useful documents for its campaigners at national and international level. These documents aim to equip ENAR members and beyond with the basic skills and tools to initiate and structure efficient campaigning work. Some tools will go well beyond campaigning per se to address broader issues such as good governance in NGOs, benchmarking progress… which have an impact of the quality, the sustainability and the legitimacy of the campaigning work undertaken by ENAR members.
